He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1983 and completed his master's degree at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences in 1986. She has been practicing law since 1985. At Ankaralı Law Office, which she founded, she provides consultancy and legal services in Commercial Law, Logistics and Transportation Law, Contract Law, Insurance Law, Real Estate Law, and Foreigners Law.

He is among the consultant lawyers in Türkiye designated by the IRU (International Road Transport Union). He has published articles on Logistics Management, Logistics Contracts, Transportation Insurance, Transportation Law, International Conventions Related to Transportation, Cargo Transportation Insurance and Carrier Liability Insurance, human resources, and outsourcing. He has participated as a speaker and given seminars at various summits and meetings and has provided consultancy services. He gives lectures at the International Transporters Association (UND) on the CMR Convention and liability and liability insurance in transportation and at the Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation (TSEV) on Cargo Transportation Insurance, ICC Clauses, International Conventions, and subrogation cases related to transportation insurance. He has been teaching as a Lecturer at Istanbul University, Faculty of Transportation Logistics since 2005.

Between 2014 and 2024, he served as the Chair of the Logistics and Transportation Law Commission of the Istanbul Bar Association.

He is among the authors of the book "The Carrier's Handbook," published in 2024 as a legal reference source for the transportation sector. He is an expert witness affiliated with the Expert Witness Department. He provides expert witness services in the field of Transportation and Insurance Law.

He is a registered mediator with the Mediation Department. He specializes in Commercial Law and conducts mediation within this field.
